Identity verification and the verified badge start on Starter. Free users can still build a profile and limited listings, then upgrade when they are ready to submit documents.

Browse Marketplace to buy digital products, templates, and services. Use categories and search when you know what you need, or open a seller’s shared card link from social media.

Sellers create listings from Dashboard → Products (or Services). Include accurate delivery notes and images. Free plans allow up to two products; Starter and higher unlock unlimited listings. Some listings are reviewed before going live.

After purchase, buyers find downloads and order history in their dashboard. Message the seller for delivery questions, and use the Refund Policy if something is not as described.

Pro unlocks Instagram Auto DM (comment keyword → private reply), profile keywords, smart links, auto-chat, coupons, and booking calendar links. Business adds AI leads for outreach at scale, plus team seats and API access.

Free and Starter dashboards show upgrade walls for those tools, and the API rejects unauthorized use. That keeps plan limits honest for every seller.

Launchpad is for shipping a product into a weekly spotlight. Save a draft, submit for review, then promote your launch so members can discover and Super Vote it.

Climbing the weekly leaderboard increases visibility. After publish, use the product page tools to download launch creatives where available and share them on your channels.

Open roles appear on Jobs and may surface in the home feed. Founders can post hiring updates from Community with hiring intent so candidates know the post is a role, not a product pitch.

Apply by messaging the poster with a short note and relevant links. Keep conversations professional — Hozaro messaging is designed for real work, not spam.

Checkout shows the methods available for your region — often cards via Razorpay or other configured gateways. Seller earnings settle to the wallet after successful orders; withdrawals depend on verification and payout setup.

Subscriptions are managed under Dashboard → Subscription. Upgrade or cancel there. Refunds follow the Refund Policy; include your order ID when you contact support.
