Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hozaro's website, marketplace, creator tools, and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Sellers and payout recipients may need to complete identity verification and provide tax or business information where required.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe third-party rights.
• Prohibited items include malware, stolen content, illegal services, and deceptive schemes.
• We may review, reject, or remove listings at our discretion.
• Buyers must use purchased content according to the license stated on each product page.

Platform fees, commissions, and subscription charges are disclosed at checkout or on the pricing page. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their terms. Sellers receive payouts net of applicable fees, chargebacks, and refunds.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Downgrades and cancellations take effect per the billing cycle described at purchase. See our Refund Policy for eligible refund scenarios.

Hozaro owns the platform, branding, and software. Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant Hozaro a license to host, display, and promote listings on the platform. Buyers receive rights only as specified in each product license.

You are solely responsible for content you upload or publish. You represent that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates policies or receives valid legal complaints.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or specific business outcomes for sellers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hozaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Hozaro in the twelve months before the claim.

Contact support@hozaro.com first to resolve issues. Unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or courts in the jurisdiction specified in your seller or business agreement, where applicable.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
