1. Create your free account
Sign up with your name, email, and password (or Google where available). Confirm your email with OTP when prompted. Everyone starts on the Free plan: you get a public profile, a digital visiting card, messaging, and room for a small number of product listings so you can try the platform before upgrading.
After signup, choose a profile type that matches how you work — creator, freelancer, business, agency, or similar. This helps visitors understand who you are when they land on your page.
2. Build a profile people trust
Fill in your headline, bio, location, skills, and portfolio highlights. Add a clear photo and cover. Link WhatsApp or website if you want inbound chats. Privacy controls let you hide sensitive fields such as phone or email while still showing professional experience.
Open Identity in your seller dashboard to customize your digital visiting card template, QR code, and share links. Your card is meant to replace messy link dumps — one URL or scan that always points to your latest offers.
3. Get verified (Starter and above)
Free accounts can sell within listing limits, but account verification and the verified badge start on Starter. Verification typically means confirming contact details and submitting identity documents for review. Once approved, buyers see stronger trust signals on your profile and card.
If you are serious about paid clients or marketplace sales, verification is usually the first upgrade that pays for itself. See pricing for current Starter features.
4. List products or services
From the seller dashboard, create a product or service with title, description, price, images, and delivery notes. Free plans allow a limited number of listings; Starter and higher remove that cap so you can grow a full catalog.
Write for buyers: what they get, who it is for, what is included, and how delivery works. Clear listings reduce refunds and support tickets. Browse the public marketplace to see how strong sellers present their work.
5. Accept orders and get paid
When a buyer checks out, Hozaro routes payment through the gateways configured for your region (such as Razorpay). Completed orders show up in your seller dashboard. Earnings settle into your seller wallet according to platform rules; withdrawals depend on verification status and payout method.
Buyers manage downloads and purchases from their dashboard. If something goes wrong, both sides follow the Refund Policy.
6. Share everywhere — Instagram, WhatsApp, QR
Copy your profile or card link into your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, email signature, or printed flyer. Dynamic QR (on eligible plans) always resolves to your live card so you do not reprint when prices change.
Community posts, groups, and jobs help you stay visible inside Hozaro. Launchpad is available when you want a focused weekly launch with votes and ranking.
7. Unlock automation on Pro and Business
Once traffic arrives, speed matters. Pro unlocks Instagram Auto DM (comment keyword → private reply with your link), plus profile keywords, smart links, and auto-chat so visitors get instant answers. Coupons and booking calendar links also sit on Pro.
Business adds AI lead automation for contacting interested buyers at scale, plus team seats and API access for advanced setups. Free and Starter accounts see upgrade prompts instead of those tools — plans are enforced on the server, not only in the UI.
Buyer journey in short
Buyers create a free account, discover products on the marketplace or via a seller's shared card, pay securely, and access downloads or message the seller. Favorites, orders, and support tickets stay in one place so repeat purchases are easy.
Recommended path for new sellers
- Complete profile + digital card on Free.
- Publish 1–2 strong listings and share the link for a week.
- Upgrade to Starter for verification and unlimited listings when you are ready to sell seriously.
- Move to Pro when Instagram or profile automation will save you hours of DMs.
- Choose Business when AI leads and team access become the bottleneck.
